Shipping Policy for Straya Art

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. We will ship your order with Australia Post. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $125. We offer standard parcel post and express post shipping options with prices calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard international shipping and also express shipping. Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Straya Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds and Returns

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gday@strayaart.com.au with your order number, description of the damage and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Quality Guarantee

At Straya Art we have a quality guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with your product we will accept returns up to 10 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount when we have received the returned item. It is expected that the customer will pay for the return of the item(s) to Straya Art. This guarantee does not include the following: 1) Water or oil damage to uncoated timber caused by the customer 2) Damage associated with mounting our products 3) Damage caused by misuse 4) Unsatisfied due to differences of wood colour 5) Minor laser burn marks on the back face of the product created during the manufacturing process.
