Outback Station & Windmill: Australian Hardwood Lamp. This beautiful lamp was inspired by life in the Aussie outback. The outback is vast and untamed but there is much beauty in the rustic farm buildings and windmills. Aussie farming stations usually included a windmill and water tank and a few sheds made of corrugated iron and rough planks. As conditions improved these icons remain as a beautiful memory to earlier harder years. The lamp was hand designed by our artist Hyrum Mohring, to reflect the beauty and culture of these rural wonders that are a remaining part of Australia’s outback.

All of our lamps are designed and made in our Australian workshop from local hardwood. They are inspired by the Australian outback, animals, birds and flowers.
